Quest Marine Services is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company committed to controlled, proportionate and traceable assignment delivery.
No survey instruction takes priority over safe working practice, lawful access or responsible conduct in the marine environment.
Survey observations and professional judgement must remain independent of pressure from any interested commercial party.
Client instructions, documents, photographs and reports are handled for the purpose of the appointed assignment.
Professional conduct requires honesty, respectful communication and accurate representation of capability and attendance.
A survey report is only as reliable as the evidence and context supporting it.
Policy application: If an instruction creates a safety, independence, confidentiality or conflict concern, Quest Marine Services may seek clarification, modify the attendance plan or decline the assignment.
